In the Middle Ages, the power of the individual meant much less than it does today. Collective strength shows itself throughout history. Together cathedrals were built, castles were conquered and religions were overthrown.
The various interior spaces at ‘t Hooghuys like the “Warandepark”, the entrance lane, the courtyard and the surrounding areas are ideal for a uniquely tailored teambuilding. We also offer teambuilding on other historical sites.
On demand, we integrate very energetic, competitive activities like archery, sword cleaving, other battle techniques or rather creative and inspiring activities through a medieval craft market, cooking workshop or interactive falconry demonstrations.
Either way, a teambuilding needs to work “enhancing”, must identify work situations and relationships and then has to improve them.
