Nowadays, Christmas markets are not what they used to be … with Quondam Midwinter we want to get visitors acquainted with an authentic medieval (Christmas) market; with authentic gifts made according to traditional methods, medieval amusement and customs, activities for kids, games and song … as well as medieval food and drink. And all of this within the enchanting castle domain "’t Hooghuys” and dozens of medieval traders’ tents from home and abroad.
