Delivery and installation costs

• Our rental rates are always "ex warehouse Berlaar", plus installation, disassembly and transport.
• For construction and dismantling of tents / canopies, 25 EUR / pp is charged, counting from departure to return warehouse Berlaar.
• The surface should always be soft (eg, grass) or cobblestones. Places with bricks, concrete or asphalt are not eligible for placement of our tents or awnings. When in doubt, always consult us in ADVANCE.
• Transport: start rate loading / unloading 30 EUR + 0.65 EUR / km for trailer (for truck 1.25 EUR / km), 15min for loading and unloading on site included.
• Agreed time of delivery and / or collection is always subject to change. We keep our customers informed by telephone.
• Delivery or pickup needs to be done within a distance of 20 m from loading bay and has to be on the ground floor.
• In otherdelivery situations or delays, extra hours are charged at €15.00 per started half an hour per person.
• We reserve the right to cancel unloading the material when there are (unreported) difficult or unsafe delivery situations.
• If the delivery is too heavy to unload for the driver (due to eg. stairs / large pieces which can not be redeemed on wheels), he is entitled to refrain from delivering.
• Special traffic situations and / or diversions to the delivery address must be reported BEFORE the order.
• The delivered material has to be placed on the same place in the same way as it was delivered, meaning everything in the transport containers and possibly on pallet / in container.

Payment, rental and delivery

• All prices are 21% VAT excluded.
• Prices indicated are per day unless stated otherwise. For two days: coeff 1.5 3 days: coeff 2. Longer rental periods are available upon request.
• An order is final after written confirmation and receipt of advance payment of 40%. The balance is to be paid upon collection or delivery, as well as the deposit.
• These prices apply to the extent that the material is available in our own stock.
• Damage and / or deficiencies, established after counting in our warehouses, should be compensated.
• Material that is not returned as agreed, is charged (+ 20% per day). The additional treatment for cleaning (eg i.g.v. dried on food residues, dirt, ...) will be charged at €7.50 per started quarter. Non-return is punishable as abuse of trust.
• The materials should not be transported in an open trailer or open truck.

  The renter is fully responsible for any damage or theft during the entire rental period, regardless of the place of delivery which was determined by the renter.
• Changes to orders are not possible from 3 days before the day of collection or delivery.
• The first change is free. After that, every change an administrative fee of €25.00 is charged.
• Cancellation of the order must be done min. 10 days before collection or delivery, in writing. If canceled within these 10 days, a cancellation fee will be charged 20% of the total. For cancellations the day of delivery / collection or the day before, the full rental fee is charged.
• Deficiencies or defects in the rented equipment must be reported by the customer at the moment of delivery on the receipt, or if upon collecting outside of the opening hours by telephone on the emergency number 0479/66.77.01 or, if not urgent by e-mail [email protected].
• The emergency number can NOT be used to order additional forgotten things. This shall be ignored.
• Missing material that is returned CLEAN and in good condition within 5 working days , will be refunded.
• If the final amount of the delivery contract amounts to less than €15.00 excl. VAT, €5.00 handling fee will be charged.
• For invoices with a net rental amount less than €25.00 excl. VAT, an administration fee of €10.00 will be charged.
